We’re doing our best for the package to comfortably be able to fit your mailbox and you won’t need to go to the postal office. Also, we’ll be sending everything in an envelope without any brand icon or reference so that no one knows what you’ve just purchase. ;)
Purchases made at much are validated and sent from Portugal to the world. Once we have received the payment confirmation we’ll send you an e-mail with the order confirmation (receiving the e-mail could be immediately depending on the payment method that you chose).
We will contact you by e-mail when your purchase has been dispatched. With this e-mail we’ll be sending more information with the prediction of how long it will take to arrive or the tracking code if you selected the Express Shipping.
Our orders are collected on the same day, organized and sent the next working day following your payment confirmation. Please make sure you’ll wait a maximum of 5 working days for Portuguese deliveries, 10 working days in Europe and 20 working days for the Rest of the World before entering in contact with us.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Despite sending all of our orders as merchandise (with some cool stuff), international orders could pass through additional custom duties or taxes. This cost is not included in the delivery.
If you live in a European Union country this risk is reduced to the maximum since it’s not supposed for you to pay any duties or special taxes.
We can’t guaranty you or predict that your package will get through your country customs control but with our experience, until now none has stopped at customs control yet.
If you didn’t receive an e-mail from us after buying please check your spam folder, sometimes it could be mistaken with a spam/junk e-mail. If you would like to prevent this from happening you just need to add us to your contact list.

We accept Credit, Visa, American Express and Maestro Cards all through Braintree (PayPalTM subsidiary) and you can also pay with the Multibanco references system.
With the Multibanco system you’ll receive an e-mail with all the data that you need to conclude the payment as being also visible on the payment checkout page.
All the payments are made in Euros but you can check the estimated value in your currency by changing it at the currency converter at the right top of the page, this is an estimated value automatically refreshed by the European Central Bank entity, note that the price may vary a little bit after payment in Euros.
